Ron and Stephen have nearly 35 years experience in York and Lancaster County Real Estate...Our goal is to give a top quality service so you will have knowledge of the area and feel comfortable by move in time. We have considerable experience in dealing with corporate transfers, residential sales and listings, and new construction in the York County area. Over the past 23 years, we have worked with most of York County's largest corporations including York International, Engel, FES, Caterpillar, United Defense, McCrory's, Harley Davidson, Graham Industries, Wellspan, and many more.

We have considerable experience in new construction working with custom builders Richard D. Poole, Stephen Black Builders and Raymond Fertig Construction LLC for over 20 years.

Ron and Peggy Brillhart owned Eisenhart Real Estate Inc. for 14 years before being acquired by Long and Foster in January of 1997. Peggy, who is a broker works with us also...What a great day that was lol.....

Ron is a member of the Long and Foster's Lifetime Founders Club and has been Long and Foster's #1 Team in Central Pennsylvania for the last 4 years.....He attended the University of Wisconsin and the Univerity of Maryland where he was on the swimming team...

Stephen(Associate Broker) graduated from Shippensburg University in 1992 where he was a member of the baseball team and played in the College World Series...
